Cancellation & Refund In order to help its customers as much as possible, Astrological Services and Technical Research Organisation has a generous cancellation policy. Astrological Services and Technical Research Organisation ensures the hassle-free return of all online orders through a friendly return policy. It is not our goal to be perfect, we have made sure that our refund/return policies don’t surprise you after your purchase. Therefore, you should double-check and confirm the data you provide us. Cancellations

The order can’t be canceled once it’s been placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact the customer support or contact us page. Cancellations will be made at our discretion. If you wish to cancel it, you may contact our customer service center. If you do, we will handle the cancellation on a case-by-case basis. If you place an order or recharge for consultation under the astrological services programme, it cannot be canceled. Within 24 hours of receiving the purchase or transaction, it is important that you contact our customer service if you feel that your product was not as shown on the site or as per your expectations but it won’t be implemented in a wallet transaction .

Your complaint will be investigated by our Customer Service Team and a decision based on the results will be made where we have reserved rights. In the context of Astro Shop, If the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered isn’t satisfactory, a refund/replacement can be made but a refund request should be made within 24 hours after taking the product’s delivery. All wallet transactions, recharges and purchases won’t be entitled for any refund.

For online pooja, there won’t be any cancellation after pooja is booked and no refund will be initiated to the customer.

Refunds

Our team will put its best effort into designing a concept that is appropriate for our clients. Our astrology services have delighted thousands of customers in the past, and our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the products or services we offer, you can contact us immediately or within 24 hours of wallet recharge and our customer support team will look into it and if they will refund their money if they find a refund according to the company policy .

All refunds will be made after we deduct the Service Tax and the Hourly charges. Refunds are processed via reversal of the previous transaction if the payment was made online with debit, credit, or net banking. During the original purchase, if any Coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes were applied, an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes will be deducted from the exchange amount. In the context of Astro Shop, If the product is received in its original form from you, the product’s cost will be refunded. Courier charges will not be refunded. Services that are delivered in full, such as installation service and knowledge-based services, are not eligible for refunds.
